The Mainistir Riaisc is home to at least 10 cross-inscribed slabs, the most impressive of which is the Reask Stone, which is decorated with spiral designs and carved with the initials DNE, short for the Latin Domine ("Lord"). Dingle Peninsula, Co. Kerry 5x7

A monastery was founded here in the 6th Century by St Colmcille, the only remains of the monastery today are two High Crosses and part of a round tower, This highly decorated cross stands at 3.83 metres and both the east and west side feature animals. The east face bears Adam and Eve, David and Goliath, Daniel in the Lions' Den and a Lion . The South side features the only icon of the Virgin and Child on an Irish High Cross.

One of the many high crosses found in Glendalough. The cross is carved with not only celtic knotwork, but also with an angels head at the top, a bulls head to your right side, a dolphin at the bottom and a lions head to your left. 5x7
